This Week's Question:What are your new years book blogging resolutions?

My Answer: Well, not in any order, here they are:

• Have more reviews! I only did like one or two a week, but now that I'm reading more, I can write more reviews!
• Socialize more-I really like twitter, but I don't tweet a lot. I plan to do that and comment on more blogs:)
• Have more author, character interviews-these are so fun to do! I love reading them too.

 "What do you consider the most important in a story: the plot or the characters?"

My Answer:

Well, the plot is basically the story and without a story, you don't have characters. So I guess the plot is more important, but characters do have a big part in making the story exciting. It's a tie.

This Week's Question:

Carmel is studying web design... What did you study in college, or are currently studying and did it lead to your current 9 to 5 or are you doing something totally different?

My Answer:

I'm still a freshman in high school, but if I were to study something, I think it'd be archeology. I really want to travel the world and discover new things someday:)

This Week's Question: "What is the thing you like most about reading book blogs?  Is it the reviews, author guest posts, articles, giveaways, or something else entirely?"

My Answer: I love reading character interviews! In them, you get to learn a lot more about the character and maybe love (or hate) them more than you already do. Giveaways are fun too. Who doesn't love free books?

This Week's Question: Do you have an under-noticed author that you think we should all know about?

My Answer: Well, Lisa Mangum's books are really good and not a lot of people know about her. She writes fantastically and she's really nice in person.

"What very popular and hyped book in the blogosphere 

did you NOT enjoy and how did you feel about posting your review?"

My Answer: I didn't really enjoy I Am Number Four...um, I guess I felt bad about posting my review, but then again, I said the good things and the bad things about the book (I hate it when people trash talk books). The review may not have been all flowers and sunshine (which is sometimes a good thing), but at least I stayed true to my thoughts.

This Week's Question: What do you do besides reading/blogging as a hobby???
My Answer: Well, I play basketball (hoping to make the team this year). I also (try to) write YA fiction. Other than those two, I love watching anime and listening to my favorite rock and heavy metal bands (Underoath, Paramore, Rise Against, Bullet For My Valentine)
